Twins are often said to be fun but they can be cumbersome to raise especially if you don’t know how the activities to do together. To help you out, here are some of the best activities that you can engage in with your twins:

Dancing at home

If your kids are too little it can be draining and almost impossible to have fun with them in public places. One of the most effective ways of having fun with them in the house is by dancing. You should put on your favorite music and dance to it. It will be more fun if you can have dancing videos so that you can follow the dance moves.

Drawing

Another great indoor activity that you can engage in with is drawing. Studies show that most babies love drawing thus you won’t have a hard time convincing them to start drawing. All you need to do is to get your favorite markers and pieces of papers. The cool thing with drawing is that you don’t have to supervise the kids doing it. This gives you time to engage in other activities.

Bathing

If you have kids you know that they love water. To keep them entertained you should run a shallow bath and let them splash around in the water. To make it more interesting, you should give them bath toys to play with while bathing. Bathing requires your supervision; therefore, you should always be there. To prevent the twins from pneumonia and other cold-related conditions you should keep the water at the right temperature.

Train and wagon ride

If you have one kid that is stronger than the other you can ask him/her to pull the other in a wagon. If you have some money to spare, you can take the twins to an entertainment center where the kids get to enjoy electric trains and wagons. Just like with the baths, you need to be always present to ensure that the kids don’t hurt themselves. If possible, entertain them using a train that is large enough for all of you.

Bubble making

Bubbles are simple, clean and cheap sources of entertainment. To give the kids all the fun they need you only need water and soap. One of the twins can be making the bubbles while the other pops them. Since the activity is fun, the kids can do it for a long time. You don’t have to supervise them doing it but it’s always good to be there in the event they start fighting.

Conclusion

There are plenty of activities that you can engage in with your twins. All you need to do is ensure that the activities can’t injure them. For risky activities such as baths and train rides, keep a close eye on your twins.
